Thanks to the St. Margaret’s Bay Gardening Club, the CEC’s front entrance is blooming with red zinnias, planted from seed as a gift to the CEC and the community by gardening club executive. The Plant Red campaign for the 2022 gardening season is a nation-wide encouragement to plant red flowers (and veggies!) in honour of first responders who worked with such dedication to us safe during the COVID pandemic.
